2. Data Migration:
   • From another electronic system – 50K per 100 patients. Batches of 100 patients. Minimum 100 patients.
   • From paper charts – 75K per 100 patients. Batches of 100 patients. Minimum 100 patients.

Annual payments in advance. Half-yearly payments attract 10% Admin fee.

1. Premium Support Package for NG Care Portal: 60K/Month
   • Unlimited Users/Service Providers
   • Single Location (Each Additional Location Incurs 50% Extra Monthly Cost)
   • Unlimited Practices/Specialities
   • Unlimited Basic Support Package Credits
   • Unlimited Phone Support
   • Unlimited Data Migration
   • Additional Virtual Training or Troubleshooting: 2 Hours per Month.
     
     
2. Ultimate Support Package (We Become Your IT Department): 95K/Month
   • Everything in the Premium Support Package (normally 60K per Month).
   • Unlimited Number of Locations.
   • Unlimited Credits for Email/Online Support on any IT / Computer problems or issues that your Health Facility may have. (Each credit for 1 issue or problem by email / logged online.) Normally 50K per month.
   • Unlimited Phone Support for any of your facility’s IT / Computer problems or issues. Normally 25K per month.
   • One visit by our Technical Team Member to your facility to resolve any IT / Computer problems or issues, not just to do with the NG Care Portal Service (Normally 50K).
   • Attendance of 1 (One) Member of Your Staff at Training Session in Our Training Suite (Normally 30K).

Total value intrinsic to the Ultimate Support Package = 245K per month, giving a whopping saving of 150K!!!

E. Silver Deal – Core Tele-Medicine Package

• 50K per month, payable annually. Half-yearly payments attract 10% Admin fee.
